You can block unwanted devices or change your password, but keep in mind that if you change your password, you will need to update the password for all your connected devices.

A guest Wi-Fi network is a separate network with its own name and password and preferably different from your main Wi-Fi network. Devices connected to your guest network can't share files or printers with devices connected to your main network.
