- From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar, and then tap the Settings icon.
- Swipe to the GENERAL tab, then tap About device.
- The device software version will be displayed.
- To check for software updates, tap Software updates.
- Tap Check for updates.
- Tap OK. Follow on-screen prompts to download and install any available updates.
