App Troubleshooting

Use application manager and usage manager to improve your app and device performance.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To stop an app via the Usage manager, first tap the Apps icon.
  2. Scroll to and tap Usage manager.
  3. Tap Apps.
    Usage Manager setting is shown, "Apps" tab is circled 
  4. Scroll to and tap Desired app.
    Note: For this demonstration the Twitter app was used.

  5. Tap STOP.

  6. To update an app via the App store, first tap the Play store icon from the home screen.

  7. Tap APPS.
