In-Call Options
Learn what features are available while on an active call.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- While on an active call the Active call icon will appear in the Notification bar.
Note: To make or receive calls from your tablet, you must update your device to the latest software version and set up Numbersync. To add the Phone icon to the home screen, view the Add Apps to the Home Screen tutorial.
  - To mute or unmute a call, select the Mute icon.
  - To put the call on hold, select HOLD.
 - When a call is on hold, the Hold icon will be displayed in the notification bar.Â
 - To resume the call, select RESUME CALL.
 - To add a call to an existing call, select the Add call icon.
 - Select the Bluetooth icon to use a headset with your device. Follow the prompts to properly connect.
 - To show the keypad, select the Keypad icon.
 - To hide the keypad, select the Hide icon.
 - Push the Up and down volume buttons to adjust volume during a call.
 - To access the home screen while on a call, press the Home button.
 - To return to your active call, select the Phone icon.
 - Select Return to call screen.
 - To end a call, select the End call icon.
