Device Setup

Set up your device for the first time or after having done a factory reset.

For the best 5G experience, you must use a 5G SIM card, have an eligible plan, and be in an AT&T 5G coverage area. Learn more.

1. To set up your router, press and hold the Power button below the screen of the device to turn the device on. Select the desired default language. 

 

Note: Before setting up your device, make sure you have completed the online activation process. Please see Activate phone, SIM card, or other device for more information. For more information on how to connect your device to a Wi-Fi network, see your device's tutorial on AT&T Device Support.

2. Select Let's Go.

3. Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy screen. Ensure the checkbox is selected, then select Continue.

4. Review the Analytics Data Policy screen. Ensure the checkbox is selected, then select Continue.

5. Select Set admin password.

6. Enter the desired Admin Password.

7. Re-enter the Admin Password.
