Transfer Media to or from a PC
1. With the device powered on, insert theÂ
USB-C end of the USB-C cable into the
 port on the bottom of the device. Insert the
 USB end of the USB-C cable into an openÂ
port on the computer.

2. To place the device into the correct USB mode, swipe
down from the Notification bar, then select theÂ
Android System drop down menu >Â
Charging notification >Â
File transfer / Android Auto or
 PTP.

File Explorer icon, then clickÂ
This PC.

4. Click theÂ
device name, then navigate to the desiredÂ
folder.

5. Drag and dropÂ
files to/from the device drive to transfer.

1. You need the Android File Transfer app to facilitate communication between your device and a Mac computer. Download and install theÂ
Android File Transfer app.

 port on the computer.

4. Once the phone is connected to the computer, the Android File Transfer app will open automatically. Select the desiredÂ
